Coming home has been interesting. It always is.
The world looks different.
Home looks different.
My dad is in a care center, recuperating from three fractured ribs and an injured spine.
There is work (other work) that must be done – as quickly as possible.
I long to visit my grandson. I also look forward to seeing both of my daughters.
I am writing, but it’s more reflective these days. My fiction is on hold until tomorrow. And I have a plan for it, so I know it will happen.
